All of this at the big box store is about $1,200 and you can have it all for only $250 and if near, free delivery. Up to 1/2 hour away for minimal extra. If you come for it, I can load with tractor. Was in house that got flooded by the Kennebec and owner is changing to propane. All that is needed is a filter assembly (original was accidentally thrown away).
