This is new old stock,, part number 91-119899-91 and fits sewing machine Pfaff model 491 post bed machine. These are made in Japan these include the inner hook as well (basket) and bobbin case cap $35 each and I have several of them. These are from the 80’s back when the quality was great! Price is firm unless you are buying muliple. however I do have two without the basket for $25 each
