House mate wanted to share home in Bath/Brunswick area. Rent is $1100 per month and includes electricity, heat, plowing, internet, and a private furnished bedroom with shared access full bath, laundry, kitchen/dining, yard, porch, and parking. This is a quiet home with a lady and 3 kitties. Would prefer a handyman type and could negotiate on rent.
