Used commercial convection double oven in good operating condition with 4 shelves for each oven. Ovens take a full-size sheet pan yet have a compact 32" deep and 28" wide footprint. Sheet pans slide into the oven the long way and require opening just one door for insertion. Ovens each have lighting and a water spray steam system (not tested) and require no outdoor venting or hood. All new door seals were just installed. Each oven requires a 240 volt, 30 amp, single phase 3-wire power circuit served by a 40 amp breaker. Ovens can be powered and tested by prospective buyers at seller's facility.
