The room includes a private bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet. Two additional females live in the unit and share the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the living room. There's even a washer/dryer in the unit! Xfinity provides free internet and cable. The rent is $1,069 plus utilities (gas & electric), which are both combined, no more than $100.
