I have two Sony DCR-HC32 MiniDV Handycam Camcorder w/20x optical zoom w/ night shot plus One takes an SD card and the other doesn't. Comes with plug in charger for the cameras, a base charger, a remote control, video sound cord, 2 batteries, 1 dvc cassette, 1 SD card formatted to new, and a brunch of small batteries, plus the camera carrier case It has a couple of little scratches on the casing but not on the screen But they both work really great. No problem.
