The chalet is separated from the trailer next to it by a mud room that connects them. This mud room is shared. You do have two other entrances to the chalet. Large deck overlooking the back woods. $750 a month required first/last and security. Utilities are not included. Plowing and lawn is included, water is well water. Gas wood stove saves on heating bills, gas furnace. 1/2 garage is available.Pets welcome
