My husband and I currently have 10-20 acres of land in Otisfield Maine that we want to lease to a local farmer interested in expanding their own livestock operations. This section of land was selectively harvested about 5 years ago and new growth has begun where we would ultimately like to have a pasture. This land would be great for swine as there is plenty of space to roam and rut. We do not plan on utilizing the land for 5-7 years Currently, it is just raw land and there is no fencing that has been set up. That would be the responsibility of the leaser.
