Email Addresses
Uncle Henry's does not publish advertiser's email addresses to safeguard against making this information public. You will notice when viewing the Ad Detail, this information is not displayed. If anyone clicks on the link "Email This Person Now" an email will be generated by our system. The sender of this email does not see the email address. Once the original advertiser replies, this is the 1st time the email address is available.
Your email address is used as your login. You can change your email address within your account. Once you have changed your email, you will receive a confirmation email to the new email address you have chosen. You will need to click the link in your email to verify your new email address. Verifying your email address is required for any activity that utilizes your email address such as placing an Ad or Ad Finder.
Password Protection
Your password is known only by you. Even the Online Support Staff at Uncle Henry's are not able to view your password. If you forget your password, you can request it to be reset through our system, or request a member of the Support Staff to email you a reset password link. Once you access this link through your email, you enter your new password. You can also change your password while you are logged into your account without going through the reset process.
Personal Information
Any personal information supplied to Uncle Henry's such as your name, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers are kept strictly confidential. Your information is never supplied or sold to any 3rd party.
