This is one of the features that distinguish Uncle Henry's from any other
service. Using this feature, subscribers may search ads by category,
keywords, year, make, model or even price to hunt for that great deal.
You may also limit search results by the distance an item is from any
point in the U.S. and Canada, using our radius search function.
Want to see the ads your way? Sort them in the order you want. Closest, least expensive, newest and does or doesn't have a picture; you decide.
This feature allows our computer to work for our subscribers by hunting
for specific items. When they are found, an email is sent to you showing
the results you want - every day! Simply fill out the tickler form with
your criteria and each day your request will be compared to all new ads.
You will then receive an email with any ads that match your needs.
Our subscribers can even turn on Instant Notification for their
Ticklers, so they will know immediately when a new ad is placed!
Life doesn't always afford us the ability to buy, buy, buy. The need to
sell was the motivation for the free ad form, started at Uncle Henry's
almost 40 years ago. Now we give our members the opportunity to place
free ads online like we have in print since the beginning.
Subscribers can look at or search ads that have been published within the
last 6 months. Just click the History search link, and search as you
normally would. It's great for finding items that were online last week,
but are nowhere to be found now. It's like having the last 6 months of
Uncle Henry's on your bookshelf!
Getting your Uncle Henry's on time every Thursday morning is a huge
reason to subscribe to our online version, not to mention all the great
deals you can find. Ads from the print edition are available online to
our subscribers promptly at 8:00 am every Thursday morning.
